Our Business

We know what it takes to manage a vacation rental home in our area, from acquisition, to furnishing, to licensing, and all the maintenance requirements. We also understand that many of these homes are owned by homeowners who live out of state, and dont have local contacts when they need service work or help with guests. 

We have owned and managed 3 very busy vacation rental homes ourselves for over 10 years.  The utilization of vacation rental by owner sites like VRBO and Airbnb which do an exceptional job of marketing and handling guest direct bookings and payments, has created a decreasing need for a full time property manager which takes as much as 30-50% of the bookings!

 We saw a need for an affordable local resource for the vacation rental homeowner to contact us directly to handle everything but the advertising and booking!

Who We Are

Mike is a master electrician and a state certified electrical inspector who has been working in this area on hundreds of homes and businesses for his well respected family business for over 25 years.  He has relationships with many local reputable home service contractors in the area, and when he cannot handle the maintenance himself, he is only one phone call away from getting someone you can trust to get it done right.

Cass has built and managed 3 vacation rentals in the area and has been a long term advocate for the legalization of and responsible regulation of vacation rentals in our area. She has assisted many vacation rental home owners in the area with becoming compliant with the local municipal and state licensing requirements.
